Overreacting and Taking Things Too Far

Actions are like nails in a post,

you can remove them but the trauma remains.

Often times we overreact to situations and do things we can’t take back, sometimes things with serious consequences. Today I will discuss two such stories from the Bible, one in Genesis and one in Kings. It is important to realize that while the actions of these people were horrible they were in no way approved of by God.
